Each villa also has a high chair, portable crib, towels, beach towels, all linens, extra blankets and sheets for the sleeper sofa, hair dryer and a nominal amount of shampoo, soaps, dishwasher detergent and sponge.

Making a Villa Reservation FAQ's

Q: How far in advance do I need to book the villa?
The most popular time periods are March, summer and Christmas holiday seasons where booking several months in advance will secure your reservation.

We make every attempt to keep the availability calendars up-to-date but need to confirm availability once you provide us with your travel dates.

Q: When do I need to put a deposit down to reserve the villa and how much of a deposit do I need?
Once we’ve confirmed availability and provided you with a quote, a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.

Q: When is the final payment due?
Remainder is due 60 days prior to check-in.

Q: What are the forms of payment I can use?
Reservations may be secured by credit card, check or bank transfer.

Q: What are the cancellation fees?
Cancellations prior to 30 days forfeit the 25% deposit.  After 30 days, reservation fees are refundable only if a replacement can be found.

Q: Can I reserve the same villa for the same time next year if I like it?
If you would like to reserve the same villa for the same time next year, we strongly encourage you to book as soon as you return, especially if you wish to stay during one of the peak periods.

There are several travel insurance companies to choose from.  One such company is CSA.  You can also find them by just by Googling “vacation travel insurance”.

Note that many travel insurance companies specify a maximum time period by which the traveler must purchase the insurance after making a reservation.

Q: How much does Travel Insurance cost and what is covered?
The cost of your Travel Insurance policy is dependent upon the gross cost of your vacation and the amount of coverage you desire. You can utilize many of the travel insurance company's on-line tools for travel insurance pricing and explanation of benefits.
